Listening & dialogue
Listen, my son to your father’s instruction
and do not forsake your mother’s teaching.
Proverbs1:8
Monday 18th October : We can speak of the faith of our ancestors, recalling the men & women who were the instruments God used to manifest his grace toward us. we can also look into the future ad envision our own spiritual descendants, those who will receive our mission and our testimony about this revelation.
Tuesday 19th October : We need to be convinced that charity”is the principle not only of micro-relationships(with friends, with family members or within small groups but also of macro-relationships (social, economic, and political views).”
Wednesday 20th October: Without love, no gift or charism could serve the church, for where there is not love there is an emptiness that becomes filled with selfishness.
Thursday 21st October: In God’s great plan, every detail is important, even yours, even my humble little witness, even the hidden witness of those who live their faith with simplicity in everyday family relationships. They are the saints of every day.
Friday 22nd October: The Culture of encounter and of dialogue, openness to solidarity and transcendence, originates in the family.
Saturday 23rd October: The study of our Sacred Scriptures must be a door opened to every believer. Evangelisation demands familiarity with God’s Word.
