Love never ends. As for prophecies, they will pass away;
as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away.
1Corinthians 13:8
Monday 1st November : The Witness of the Family is crucial, before the whole of society, in re-affirming the importance of an elderly person as a member of a community, who has his or her own mission to accomplish, and who only seemingly receives with nothing to offer.
Tuesday 2nd November : Our true vocation is to be a faithful and wise steward whom the Lord has put in charge of his household to give others the nourishment they need at this proper time.
Wednesday 3rd November: : I would ask, as families, to ne especially mindful of our call to be missionary disciples of Jesus. This means being ready to go beyond your homes and to care for our brothers and sisters who are most in need.
Thursday 4th November: My mission of being in the heart of the people is not just a part of my life or a badge I can take off: it is not an extra or just another moment in life. Instead it is something I cannot uproot from my being without destroying my very self.
Friday 5th November: Sometimes we lose our enthusiasm for mission because we forget that the Gospel responds to our deepest needs since we were created for what the Gospel offers us: friendship with Jesus and love of our brothers and sisters.
Saturday 6th November: : I encourage all of you to witness to concrete solidarity with brothers and sisters, especially those who are most need of justice, hope and tenderness.

"Blessed be God in His Angels and in His Saints" O Holy St. Anthony, gentlest of Saints, your love for God and Charity for His creatures, made you worthy, when on earth, to possess miraculous powers. Encouraged by this thought, I implore you to obtain for me (request). O gentle and loving St. Anthony, whose heart was ever full of human sympathy, whisper my petition into the ears of the sweet Infant Jesus, who loved to be folded in your arms; and the gratitude of my heart will ever be yours. Amen
